We’ve made a basic chocolate cake mix cookies recipe before, so these cookies are just a fun spin on the original and you might find yourself eating a few too many…but they’re worth it right? Read on below for the super simple recipe and instructions.
Ingredients:
1 box cake mix – yellow or white is best 1/2 c. oil – vegetable or canola oil 2 eggs 4 T sugar 1 T cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until combined. PS: I LOVE my GIR silicone spatula. It’s strong and smooth, perfect for mixing up a batch of cookies!
On a separate plate, combine your sugar and cinnamon for dipping your dough. Scoop your dough with a spoon or a cookie dough scoop (I LOVE my scooper!) Roll them into the sugar and cinnamon mixture and coat all sides of your ball.
Place on a greased baking sheet or on top of a silicone baking mat. Bake cake mix snickerdoodles at 375° for 10-11 minutes.
