Mini Pizzas: an english muffin topped with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. This is a fun one for the kids to prep themselves, layering on all the toppings. You can pretty much add anything to these: pepperonis, tomato sauce, veggies, etc. Then just pop on a pre-heated 400* oven or toaster oven for 5 minutes.
Homemade Microwave Popcorn: yes, it’s homemade! This one is super easy and ready in less than 2 minutes. Click on the link to follow the how-to.
Frozen Grapes: we can’t get enough of these. Wash your grapes, place onto lollipop sticks and into a zip bag, and then freeze over night. When the kids get home from school, we take them out of the freezer to thaw out a little, as we don’t want to brake any teeth, then it’s snack time!
Muffin Tin Munchies: so many ways to have fun with this snack. The kids love to have their snack in different ways and thanks to muffin tin mom, this is the perfect way to spice things up.
What yummy things are your kids snacking on for an after-school snack?
