Two flour tortillas are stuffed with chicken, pineapple, onion, jalapeños, bacon, cheese, and bbq sauce. The quesadilla is easy to make, which makes it a great weeknight meal. Grilled Pineapple With Vanilla Ice Cream

This is seriously one of the best and easiest summer desserts ever! The sweetness of caramelized grilled pineapple is the star of this recipe…sooo good! All you need is a big, fresh pineapple (even a bit overly ripe if possible, will have more intense flavor and more juice) a good paring knife, brown sugar, cinnamon (and some rum…) and…a grill! It is not so difficult to cut, peel and core a whole pineapple....

Handwritten Notes To My Favorite Sisters

But sadly, ever since I moved to Seattle, I don’t get to see them as much as they are all back in Utah. We talk on the phone, play Scramble with Friends, and see each other’s pics on Instagram, but we don’t have as much of that meaningful sister time. Homemade Toffee With Chocolate And Nuts

Honestly, although I’ve heard so many times how quick and easy is to make homemade toffee, it still seemed so overwhelming to actually give it a go. Was never sure for how long to boil the whole sugar and butter mixture and because I’ve failed a couple of times trying to make caramel, I though making candy would be even worse. Not anymore. Making homemade toffee at home has never been easier as long as you have a candy thermometer....

How To Peel A Peach Perfect For Summer Desserts

How to Peel a Peach If you have a family like mine, they request to have the peach skins removed from their peaches – every time!
