One Pot Sausage Pasta Recipe
I am a big fan of one pan recipes, easy and quick homemade dishes, especially when it’s dinner time. Everything tastes better homemade! Plus for this one pan pasta recipe all you need is a large skillet, pasta, a couple of sausages, a can of diced tomatoes and dried Italian spice mix herbs and parmesan cheese.
You can make this recipe in any type of large skillet and you don’t have to worry about using an oven proof one because all the cooking is done on the stovetop. This One Pot Pasta with Sausage recipe calls for short types of pasta: penne, farfalle, ziti or any other short pasta you prefer.
The best part of this dish, apart from its hearty, rich flavor is that the pasta is cooked directly in the sauce together with all the ingredients. One of the best one pan pasta dishes I’ve ever made!
