This healthy stir fry recipe is one of my secrets when it comes to preparing dinner in less than 30 minutes in one pot! Quick and packed with amazing flavors, this one pot meal will become a favorite of yours too.

How to make Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.  Add in minced garlic and cubed chicken and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink. Add in broccoli florets and cook for another minute. Pour chicken broth and soy sauce, cover and continue to cook for another 3 minutes. If preferred, add in cornstarch to help thicken the sauce.

Tips for Stir Fry:

Use a non-stick skillet to avoid any sticking and burning. You can use vegetable broth or water. instead of chicken broth, if preferred. If your sauce becomes too thick, add a bit of water to thin it out.

You can serve Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry with rice, quinoa or noodles.
