Ocean themed party food grazing board
This board is not only fun, but delicious too. With a mix of fresh fruit, Rice Krispies, gummy candy, and Macarons, there’s something for everyone.
Ingredients
Rice Krispies treats Blueberries Gummy candy – sharks, shells, or other sea life Macarons Chocolate balls Nonpareils in green
Instructions
Divide a large round charcuterie board in half. On one half, roll out Rice Krispies treats to make sand.
On the other half, layer blueberries, and then, sprinkle green nonpareils for the seaweed.
Add chocolate drops, blue gummies, and gummy sharks on top of the blueberry ocean.
Note: I found a bag of electric blue gummies at Marshalls, which is what inspired this post. It made me think of my preschool kids’ favorite video, “Sharks In The Water”. On the sand side, let’s add clamshell macarons and shell-shaped gummies. The first step is to take a sharp knife and carefully remove the top off a Macaron. Add a small chocolate ball and then put the top back on.
Put those on the sand side of the grazing board, and then add shell or other ocean-themed gummies.
